Candace Burtch

Candace (Clark) Burtch, 74, passed away at her home in Phoenix, NY on June 15, 2023. She was the
daughter of Glendon C. Clark, Jr. and Alta E. Clark. Candace was a 1967 graduate of CW Baker High
School in Baldwinsville, NY. During her career, she worked for the NYSDEC, Town of Lysander and
Town of Camillus. She was a proud member of the Little Utica Methodist Church and enjoyed helping
with the many church activities.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Charles R. Burtch, two children Patricia (Burtch) Rode and
Paul Burtch. She has three sisters and one brother, Cheryl Conrad, Cynthia Mayfield, Glendon “Craig”
Clark, III and Carole Clark. Five grandchildren, Paige and Emily Burtch; Rachael, Evan and P. Asher
Rode.
A graveside service will be held at Riverview Cemetery in Baldwinsville at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June
27, 2023. Thereafter, a memorial service will follow at 3:00 p.m. at Little Utica Methodist Church,
1459 Lamson Rd., Phoenix, NY. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in remembrance to Candace
Burtch to the Little Utica Methodist Church or the Baldwinsville Ambulance Corp.
