Claudette Roller

Heaven's light shone bright as a beautiful, extraordinary Angel was received. 
Claudette Roller, 73, of Syracuse, NY passed away on November 9, 2017 in the comfort of home. 
Claudette was a retired communications officer with the BPD. Her greatest treasure in life was her family and her dog, JB. She spent most of her time cheering for her grandchildren at sporting events, crafting, cooking new recipes with her daughter, and spending time with family. We find peace in knowing that she has been reunited with her best friend and husband, Fred.
Surviving are her loving family: daughter, Jeannine Brand (James), grandchildren Jeremy and Jessica Brand, sister, Janet St. John, and nephews Brad (Debbie), Chip( Shelly), and Jeff (Mary) St.John. 
Services: Wednesday; November 15, 2017 at 11 AM at Gates Funeral Home, Inc. Burial will be in Jacksonville Cemetery. Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home, 29 W. Genesee Street, Baldwinsville. In lieu of flowers, donation forms will be available at the service for Climb for the Cure to support research and treatment for lung disease.
