David C Criss

David C. Criss, 84, of Baldwinsville, passed away Saturday, June 24, 2023 at home surrounded by his loving family. David was the owner and operator of Baldwin & Criss Lumber Company in Cato. He was a past Chief and life member of the Lysander Vol. Fire Department. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. 
Predeceased: his brother, William Criss. 
Surviving: his loving wife of 64 years, Patricia "Sharon" Criss. Two daughters, Faith (Robert) Blake and Melissa (Scott) Wheaton. Three sons, Timothy (Christine), Thomas, and Andrew (Julie). A sister, Nancy Darrow. A brother, Donald. Nine grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. 
Calling hours will be held Thursday, June 29, 2023, from 4-6 PM at Gates Funeral Home, Inc., 29 W. Genesee Street, Baldwinsville. A Graveside Service will be held Friday at 11 AM at the Lysander Cemetery. 
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
