Donna B. Galbraith Kaiser Foster

Donna B. Foster, 88 of Syracuse passed away peacefully on Tuesday April 21, 2026.

Donna was born in Little Falls, NY to Donald and Helen (Karpiak) Galbraith. She was a graduate of Little Falls High School, class of 1955. Donna was a homemaker and later employed as a graphic artist by the Scotsman Press in Syracuse, retiring in 2003. Donna loved to garden, bake, entertain, and paint. She was an avid fan of ragtime piano and enjoyed attending festivals.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her eldest son, John “Jae” Kaiser, and brother Roger Galbraith.

She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Gerry Foster, son Dana Kaiser, grandson Joshua Kaiser, Joshua’s mother Michelle LaFountain, stepchildren Suzanne (Ron) Milliman, Doug (Carrie) Foster, granddaughters Jenna and Bethany Milliman, great grandson Miles, sister Nancy Miller, and nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, May 23, 2026 at 10 a.m. at Riverview Cemetery in Baldwinsville, NY.
