Dora E. Potter, 96, passed peacefully on Sunday, May 23, 2021. She was the
daughter of George and Sarah (Smith) Cower. Dora previously worked for
F.W.Woolworth and General Electric, retiring from Liverpool Central School
custodial department. She enjoyed flowers, especially african violets and rescuing
a kitten or two. Preceded by husband Charles Potter Sr., daughters Carolyn
Johnson and Charlotte Potter, grandson Brian Potter. Survived by son, Charles
Potter Jr., daughter Jacalyn (Gerald) Bettinger, grandchildren: Christopher
(Charlene) Potter, Autumn Potter, Brandi (Kirk ) Warren, Christine (Michael)
Riolino and Sarah (Frank) Vito, 8 great grandchildren and 6 great-great
grandchildren. She will be lovingly missed by everyone. Special thanks to the
dedicated and caring workers at Cottage #10, The Cottages of Garden Grove,
Cicero. Calling hours Thursday, May 27, 5 – 7pm at Gates Funeral Home,
Baldwinsville. Graveside services 10am at Riverview Cemetery the following day.
