Dorothy June Betts Keller "Dottie" Born June 1st 1929 to Donald and Helen Betts Passed away Dec 5 peacefully at home with family and friends. Pre-deceased by Husband Franklin D Keller in 1999. She is survived by daughters, Darlene LaFave (Donald), Marlene Pinckney(Clarence); Grand daughters, Heather Miles, and Ashley Goodson; Great grand children, Aine Miles, Eoin Miles, Connor Miles, and Miles Goodson; brothers, Robert Betts, and John Betts; sister, Genevieve Schreiner; and many nieces and nephews. Those who knew Dorothy, or Ma, could always expect her to try to feed you!! She worked for many years as a short order cook and waitress at Cameron’s Diner of Syracuse. Her one true love was caring for her grandchildren and great grandchildren...Gates Funeral home will handle arrangements. No calling hours, burial in Spring in Lysander Union Cemetery. Donations may be made in Dorothy's name to her favorite charity, St. Jude’s Children's Hospital.
