Elaine Kelsey

Elaine D. Kelsey, 83, of Baldwinsville, NY, passed away on August 7, 2025. Born Elaine Janet Dickinson, she grew up on the family farm in rural Fulton, NY. She retired in 2009 from Syracuse Homes as an LPN, having previously worked at Miller Brewing and as a schoolteacher.

Elaine is survived by her brother Stanley J. Dickinson of Willsboro, NY; sister Linda A. Dickinson of Ithaca, NY; children Andrew K. Kring of Liverpool, NY, Carolee S. Luhmann of Pueblo, CO, Jonathan L. Kring of Decatur, GA, and Russell J. Kring of Alexandria Bay, NY; grandchildren Taylor J. Kring of Liverpool, NY, and Ada E. do Nascimento Kring of Decatur, GA; and longtime companion Michael L. Dixon of Baldwinsville, NY.

She was predeceased by her parents Lester L. and Mildred E. (Blanchard) Dickinson; brothers Wayne F. Dickinson and Roderic P. Dickinson; and sister Diane C. Titus.
