James Osier, 71 of Phoinex born in Potsdam on November 18, 1946 passed away peacefully at St. Joseph's Hospital Tuesday, August 14th, 2018 surrounded by his family.
James enjoyed fishing, NASCAR, riding motorcycles, driving his lawn tractor but most of all he cherished spending time with his family and friends. James would never turn down a good laugh with good company and a cold beer.
James was pre-deceased by his two sons, Steven and Shawn and his brother Harley. He was survived by his devoted wife, Diane of 53 years. James is also survived by his sister Stella and brother Carl, his five children Jimmy (Melissa), Scott (Linda), Lori, Shane (Renee) & Josh (Brandi), Ten Grandchildren and four great grandchildren who he loved and enjoed. Several neices, nephews and cousins.
Services will be held Sunday, August 19th at Gates Funeral home in Baldwinsville from 4pm to 7pm and Monday, August 20th at Riverview Cemetery - 11:00 am. After services on Monday the 20th friends and family can meet at Warners fire Department.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to Greater Baldwinsville Ambulance Corpse or the Lysander Fire Department.
