James R. Sochia Jr. died unexpectedly on October 26th, 2022 at home in Auburn, NY at the age of 65. He was born at St. Joseph's hospital in Syracuse, NY on November 6th, 1956 to Jennette and James R. Sochia Sr. of Baldwinsville, NY (predeceased). James is predeceased by his loving wife Debbie Sochia of Auburn, NY. He is survived by his daughter Tonya Sochia (Kevin) of Fulton, NY. Grandchildren, Lauralei Luther of Auburn, Cassidy (great grandson Brayden), Tyler and Leah, all of Fulton, NY. Sisters, Bonnie and Kitten (John), predeceased by sisters Connie and Linda. Brothers, Donald (Sandra), Arthur (Ellen), and Johnny (Karen), predeceased by his brother Stanley.
A visitation is scheduled for Thursday November 3rd, 2022 from 4-6pm at Gates Funeral Home in Baldwinsville NY. All are welcomed to attend and celebrate James' life. Flowers and condolences may be sent in care of Tonya Sochia to Gates Funeral Home, 29 West Genesse Street, Baldwinsville NY 13027.
