Kendall M. Camp, 85, of Baldwinsville, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 17, 2023 surrounded by his family.
He leaves behind his wife of 63 years, Judith Camp, his daughters Victoria (David) Earle and Michele (Jeff) Evanchak, 5 grandchildren: Briana (Jermey) Pampuch, Sierra Earle and Jade Earle (Ben Mrozek, Fiancé), Ryan Evanchak and Autumn Evanchak, and his newest great grandchild, Anastasia Pampuch “Rosie”. Predeceased by his Parents: Arlene and Monroe Camp, and oldest daughter Tamara Bedford.
Kendall worked at and retired from SJ Groves. His passion was watching baseball, his favorite team was the New York Mets. Ken was known for being an encyclopedia of sports knowledge. He was an avid reader and loved doing crossword puzzles. Ken, “Papa”, also enjoyed attending his grandchildren's sporting events.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Juvenile Diabetes and Multiple Sclerosis Society.
Calling hours will be held on Sunday, October 22 from 12pm-2pm at Gates Funeral Home, 29 West Genesee St., Baldwinsville, NY 13027. A service will follow afterwards at the funeral home.
