Surviving: His Siblings; Nancy Primiano, Barbara Herbert and Richard Allen, Jr. His Uncle, Peter Allen, Several Nieces and Nephews. Calling hours will be held Wednesday, October 8, 2025, from 5-7 PM at Gates Funeral Home, 29 W. Genesee Street, Baldwinsville.
