Mary M Ellithorpe

Mary M. Ellithorpe, age 84, of Orange Park Florida, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2023.  Mary is survived by multiple Nieces, Nephews, Great Nieces, Nephews, as well asGreat, Great Nieces and Nephews.  

Mary was a kind and generous person who enjoyed a long career as a nurse.  She was also an active member of the Baldwinsville Moose Lodge and held multiple chair positions over the yearswhich gave her the opportunity to travel and enjoy an extensive social network. 

Outside of the Moose Lodge, one of Mary’s favorite social activities was to attend the annual New York State Fair.  She loved to experience every single exhibit, taste all wonderful food (especially the free samples) and most of all the fast and fun rides.  

After Retirement, Mary moved to Orange Park, Florida where she lived out the rest of her life at the Moosehaven Retirement Community.  It is said that while there Mary became a loved and cherished family member.  No words were ever truer to describe her.

We all loved Mary very, very much. God speed.

Mary requested no funeral services; however, she will be returned to Baldwinsville, NY for a showing scheduled forMonday, December 4th between 4-6pm at Gates Funeral Home. Flowers are welcome.
